What we collect

When you create an account or submit a stone, we keep:

We use no cookies and no analytics. This site and the Portal store only your sign-in session, language and theme choice in your own browser.

Signing in with Google, Facebook or Telegram

If you sign in this way, we receive only your name and email address (or your Telegram ID) to create or open your account. We cannot read your profile, post on your behalf or contact your friends.

Who can see it

Only our desk staff and the gemologist who identifies your stone. A report verified publicly at report.lhcgems.com shows the stone's result only — never your name or contact details. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

You can write to us in the Portal and we answer you there. If you choose to link Telegram, Telegram will know that you use LHC GEMS and when a reply is waiting. What you type to the bot is stored with your account. Our replies stay in the Portal.

We never send your report, your name or your stone code to Telegram — only one fixed sentence saying that a reply is waiting for you in the Portal. Linking is your choice, and you can undo it at any time by sending /stop to the bot.

The Telegram bot is for inquiries tied to your account and your stones. @lhcgems is LHC GEMS' official Telegram, for conversation. What you write to @lhcgems is an ordinary Telegram chat with LHC GEMS and is not stored in the Portal.

We collect and keep the conversations between you and LHC GEMS, for future reference and to keep improving our service.

How long we keep it

Your account and stone data stay while the account exists, so you can open old reports. The custody log and issued reports are kept as the service's own records even after an account is deleted, with your identity removed.

The messages you write to us and our replies are stored with your account and are deleted with it — the custody log keeps only a fixed marker that a message happened, never the words.

Delete your account and data

You can ask for deletion at any time — at the desk, or by email to lhc.gems.id@gmail.com from your registered address. We delete the account, contact details and the photos you uploaded within 30 days. A stone still in our custody must be returned first.

បើអ្នកបានចូលតាម Facebook ឬ Google ការលុបគណនីនៅទីនេះ ក៏លុបការភ្ជាប់នោះដែរ។ អ្នកអាចដកសិទ្ធិកម្មវិធីនេះចេញពីការកំណត់គណនី Facebook ឬ Google របស់អ្នកបានផងដែរ។

If you signed in with Facebook or Google, deleting the account here also removes that link. You can also remove this app from your Facebook or Google account settings.
